this is the snowball quilt i finished a few months ago

here is my dear friends quilt i made her, the orange ribbons is for the kidney cancer she had 2 years ago and the purple is for the LMS she had recently, the blocks are foundation paper pieced, the blocks are from carol doaks website.

my second paper pieced block, this is a carol doak 2500 member block.

This is my very first paper pieced block, i like it, what do u think?

little one is crystal that we took in and rescued. she was following my older cat around and was sooooo skinny and some goopy eyes, she wouldn't eat on her own so we had to feed her by dropper.

New Quilt pics

These are the most recent quilt tops I have done. They are not finnished. The snowball quilt i have to take the top row off and put one more row on the side. The quilt ended up being too long and not as wide as I like it.

My Quilts

I started quilting about 5 years ago. My mom is a quilter and has been for many, many years. She's the one that got me started quilting. I have never taken a quilting class. I just called my mom with my many questions. I don't have many pictures of my quilts. I didn't start taking pictures of my quilts until the last couple of years, even then I didn't take many pictures.
